The journey to write this one was pretty interesting.. started really smoothly and all until! i arrived at the bridge.. i just couldn't come up with a satisfactory ending... In fact, that continued to be the case for months!.. until... sometime last year.. after i was asked to contribute songs for an up coming CD project.. i decided to give it another go.. and poof.. it finally came out!.. God's timing i thought.. and i knew that He wanted me to do something with it.. and so i did.. sent it in for the CD.

Anyway, this song speaks from a heart that has experienced God's goodness.. If i recall, it wasn't circumstances or happiness that brought out this song, but rather a burdened and tired soul.. again today, while i'm weary and down, i've decided to awaken my hope with this song, and knowing this...
